Who can access it
Booking records are available only to authorized resort team members who need them to manage reservations and guest service. We may use trusted service providers to operate the website and deliver booking emails. We do not sell guest information.
Retention and security
We keep booking and invoice information only as long as reasonably needed for reservation management, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute handling. We use practical access controls and operational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
